HOW IT'S BUILT & HOW IT WORKS
Process summaryOur user brought a simple need: "Let me upload an hour-long recording and get back a summary split into decisions and to-dos, plus a transcript that shows who said what."
The recording is first split by speaker, then a speech recognition model tuned for Turkish transcribes every segment with timestamps. Once the transcript is done, a second step pulls out decisions, dates and assigned tasks and writes them up as a separate summary. Output is SRT, TXT or a shareable page.

Our subtitle tool already produces a timestamped transcript. Two things are missing: telling speakers apart and pulling decisions out of the transcript. We are trying both on three of your recordings first.

Our meetings run half in Turkish, half in English. If the transcript does not break when the language switches, we would use it from day one.
