We have three subscription tiers and a few one-time add-ons. Starter is free for 14 days and gives you one fully-working MVP to try the platform. Builder is $20/month and keeps one app live with hosting, maintenance, and bug fixes included. Studio is $150/month and covers up to 10 apps with priority 24-hour support. On top of any plan you can buy an Extra App ($10) or an Extra Feature ($5) one-time — no recurring add-on fees.
If you're testing one idea, start with Starter — it's free, no credit card, and you'll have a real working app within days. If you've validated the idea and want to keep one app live long-term, Builder is the smallest plan with full ongoing support. If you're an agency, serial founder, or team running multiple apps at once, Studio gives you the best per-app economics — it works out to roughly 1/7th the per-app cost of Builder when you use the full 10-app cap.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately from the billing page in your dashboard, and the new entitlements (extra apps, faster support) become available right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose paid time. If you downgrade from Studio to Builder while running more than one app, the extra apps move to a read-only state with a 30-day window to migrate or upgrade back.
Each account can have one active request in our build queue at any moment, so every app gets focused attention instead of being half-built in parallel. Once your current request is marked completed or rejected, the lock clears and you can submit a new one straight away. Open, in-review, approved, and in-progress all count as active.
When the 14-day window expires, app access is paused until you upgrade to Builder or Studio. Your data, configuration, and the app itself are kept intact — upgrading restores access immediately, nothing is rebuilt. If you don't upgrade, the app stays archived and you can reactivate it later by picking a paid plan.
