HOW IT'S BUILT & HOW IT WORKS
Process summaryOur user brought a simple need: "When EUR/TRY goes above 36.50 or below 35.80, send one message to me and the finance channel."
The plan: read the rate every minute from the source you choose (the central bank, your bank's rate page or a market data provider), compare it with an upper and a lower threshold, and send a single alert when one is crossed. A small buffer can be set so a rate hovering around the threshold does not alert again and again.
