AI Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and build the machine learning models at the heart of our platform. You will work closely with data engineers and product teams to turn research into production-ready AI solutions that solve real-world industry problems.

The Work You'll Do:

• Research, design, and implement machine learning models for NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics
• Build robust data pipelines and feature engineering workflows
• Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability for production environments
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate models into APIs and services
• Stay current with the latest AI research and evaluate new techniques for practical application

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Solid understanding of NLP, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (experiment tracking, model serving, CI/CD)
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
